Father God, we thank You that through prayers everyone can have a deeper and more meaningful relationship with You. Through prayers we are humbled, our eyes are opened, confession is made, sins are forgiven, the sick healed, the dead are raised to life. Through prayers wisdom is given and we receive help to accomplish supernatural earthly tasks, Hallelujah!

Father God, we thank You that the prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective and we pray that the people of this nation would continue to build up a wall of prayers, praise and defence that will surround and uphold Christian brothers and sisters who are younger or weaker in the faith. May our prayers, I pray form a hedge of protection around Your church, to destroy the fiery darts and works of the wicked one.

Raise up we pray, O Lord, people of increased faith, men and women of the Word and prayer. Baptise us in the Holy Spirit of prayer and immerse our hearts in pure persistent prayers and intercessions for all the saints of God, (1Tim 2:1-7). In the name of Jesus Christ, we give You thanks. Amen.
