Heavenly Father, glory to Your exalted name. In this time of uncertainty, this day of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we give thanks to God for keeping us from things we cannot see. We are living in a world of tricks and traps, where Governments no longer care for the people they Govern, in a world where people struggle and suffer persecution, many atrocities, heartache, trial and pain, in a world of war where sick people don’t receive the care or treatment they need, hungry families are not fed and the poor are not often ministered to.

Father God, we are living in a world where evil seems to go from strength to strength. I pray by the authority of Almighty God, who distributes goodness and mercy, that people, my brothers and sisters, will stand, lift up their heads and look to God from whom comes our hope, from whence cometh our help and redemption. I pray that we all rejoice, overcome and eat from the tree of life, (Rev 2:7, Rev 2:17) Hallelujah! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
