The Word of God is a never fading lighthouse; no matter what position you are in or title you hold, it does not change, nor is it moveable. Like a lighthouse it stands; it is settled on earth and in heaven; it is a beacon that lights every dark passage and calms every stormy sea; no battleship or submarine can sink the Word of God. Men cannot change it but it changes men. Hallelujah! Where else can anyone find words to prevent sin, or words that express the thoughts and intent of the Father heart of God for all people?

How else will you or I know of the judgement and tender mercies of God without knowledge of His Word? The Word of God is divine reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness; the Word of God is the only means of effectively equipping and perfecting the saints. The Word of God warns and is both important and necessary to avoid God’s judgement. Paying attention to the Word of God brings peace with God. The Word of God heals and delivers, it is Spirit and life, it is exalted, it is true and eternal.

I pray in Jesus’ name, that as you surrender your whole life into God’s hands, He will fill you with Holy Ghost power to seek His face and humbly serve Him alone. I pray by faith in Jesus, that the Word of God which upholds, defends, and heals you, will forever bring you favour as you commit your life to living God’s Word. I pray that your spoken words and deeds cause the light of God’s Word to shine through you that others might glorify God our Father who is in heaven. In Jesus’ name. Amen. Thank you Lord. Amen.
