Psalm 19:7-11 lists a number of terms that describe the Spirit filled, soul saving, life changing, devil rebuking, demon defeating, delivering Word of God.

Perfect means it is accurate. Sure means it is dependable. Right means that it is faithful. Pure means there are no wrong motives in its text. Clean means that it is without flaw or corruption. Enduring forever means the Word of God will never pass away. Truth means that the Bible is a revelation of God’s truth without falsehood. 

Righteous altogether means it is a Holy book from Genesis to Revelation. More desirable than gold reveals its true value. Sweeter than honey reveals the believers true pleasure in reading it. Warning God’s servant reveals that it is necessary to avoid God’s judgement. Great for reward reveals what awaits the reader who believes.
