Holy God and Father, we worship Your exalted name. There is no one like You. There is no one that can revive us and make us righteous. 

Father, revive us to preach Your Word so that when the preacher preaches, bands are broken, heavy loads are set down, chains brake in pieces, and captives – those held back by addictive behaviours are set free. Father, revive pastors, remind them of a time when the Pastor shepherded the flock, leading them to green pastures and thirst quenching water, remind them of a time when the flock of God had the gospel preached to them not today’s motivational money-making speeches.

Father, in Jesus’ name may the preaching of the gospel Word of God be accompanied by much prayer, shake the foundation of this cosmos capturing sinners and bringing them to Christ. Revive us again, Lord, make us righteous by the leading of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, we pray and anticipate Your blessings. Amen.
