The purpose of the blood of Jesus is the way that God washed our sins away and cleansed us of all unrighteousness.The blood of Jesus is heaven’s covering for those who remain under its  flow. When I see the blood I will pass over you. Whenever we plea or pray the blood of Jesus Christ these are the things we plea and pray for. 

The blood of Jesus Christ washes the sinner clean from all sin (1John 1:7), in other words I am justified (Rom 5:9). I am forgiven, in Him we have redemption through His blood (Eph 1:7). I am Redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ (Col 1:20) Spared from God’s wrath by the blood (Rom 5:9) made Spiritually alive, the blood was shed for me and life is in the blood (Lev 17:11). 

I have power to overcome the enemy through the blood of Jesus (Rev 12:11). I was far off but now brought near by the blood of Christ. Now through the blood I can come near (Eph 2:12-13). God has passed over the sins previousy committed (Rom 3:24-25). Christ loved us and washed us in His own blood and now I am cleansed and made a King and a Priest (Rev 1:5-6) I can enter boldly into the Holy of holies by the blood (Heb 10:19-22). The blood shall be on you for a token or sign according to Exo 12:13 “when I see the blood I will passover you.” A new covenant is established by the blood of Jesus Chr­ist (1Cor 11:24-25). I am purged in my mind from dead works (Heb 9:14). The blood of Jesus Christ means so much more that we can take in at one sitting. We need to study and pray for revelation from the Lord.

I pray the blood of Jesus Christ over you, and against every plan of the enemy foreign and domestic to make merchandise of you or cause you or your family any harm. May every blessing of the blood of Christ be upon you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
