Merciful and forgiving Father God in heaven, my King. Your name is forever, always and eternal. Thank You for drawing me to You with the life-giving power and truth of Your Word; it is a hammer that I pray would drive Your truth to the heart of Your people and the fear and dread of You to the heart of our enemy.

Break every evil plan formed to cause Your people to be delayed and distracted by the tricks and traps of the enemy. Keep us from the day to day onslaught of daily life. Father, cause us to stand in the face of adversity having done all to stand. Father, we want to stand in Jesus’  name for our church, our children, fathers, mothers, our brethren. Make us to stand for those who are sick in hospital and at home, in Jesus’ name.

Gracious God, we pray in Jesus’ name for our ministers, teachers, and preachers that they would minister, teach and preach the truth of God without apology in the mighty name of our Lord, Jesus our soon coming King. Amen.
