Father, I thank You for who You are and, for all that You do in the lives of Your people, Lord I thank You. Father God, I pray in JESUS name that whatever pain I go through it will bring glory to Your name. If my lips are not able to speak, or my hands not able to work in Your vineyard, nevertheless be ye glorified by the tears of my eyes, O God, of my salvation. Though it hurts, in my heart I will praise You, for without You to ease my pain I am nothing, I can do nothing.

Forgive me and anoint me to bring Glory to Your name, O my God, my strength, my redeemer, be ye glorified my God, be ye lifted up in this heart of mine O King of glory. Come in, my King, You are welcome in this place, to dwell, to reign, to have pre eminence in all things. And so, Lord Jesus, I call on Your name to pray for me as You prayed for Peter that my faith fail not, and that in all my pain I will be healed to glorify Your name with the works of my hands in Jesus’ name.

Forgive, heal and anoint me, O God of my salvation. I pray my sickness is not unto death, but if the breath should leave this body let me sleep in Your bosom for Your Glory alone. But as I live, my prayer is that the abundance of Your grace will be poured out on me, in times of weakness, Your strength to keep me, in Christ my Saviour let me stand, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
