Father in heaven, Lord of all, glory to Your holy name. Father, we live in a time that has changed and is becoming more and more evil. Day by day the Government is helpless to do anything meaningful to improve lives. Wars cannot solve the problems of mankind neither can these problems be solved by conventional democratic dialogue, or physical weapons. 

We have a fight on our hands not against flesh and blood but against darkness, evil powers and principalities. Our weapons are not carnal nor are they guns arrows or spears, but spiritual powers, stronger than physical weaponry, able to pull down and destroy every stronghold of the enemy. We are blessed and anointed with the power of prayer to call on the Almighty God, Jehovah for help. 

Father, I pray in Jesus’ name, “Break thou the hand of the wicked and the evil man seek out his wickedness till thou find none” (Psa 10:15). Spoil the evil enterprises of the enemy by the power of the Holy Spirit, bring every plan to nought. This I pray in Jesus’ name for all God’s people. Amen.
