Today, O Lord God, I join with the saints of God to give thanks, and worship Your holy name.

I sing to you and give you thanks because you are holy (Psalm 30:4), you are the Lord God Almighty. And because, “It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:” (Psa 92:1). Therefore, I will give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name. (2Sam 22:50 KJVLite).

I give you thanks O God, and call you because you are Good and your  mercy is everlasting (Psa 107; Psa 136). You have provided a roof over my head, given me the wherewithal to earn, to make wealth, to buy food and clothes, to live and take care of others. Thank You Lord.

I will continue to give You thanks, O God, I will call upon Your name, and encourage family, friends, neighbours, the church and the world to know that You are God, the giver of life, supplier of every need, a deliverer from harm and danger, a miraculous healer who makes the impossible possible, the Saviour of my soul, a relationship builder who will save anyone who will call You. (1Chr 16:8, John 3:16).

I will, “Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day. Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people” (Psa 96:2-3 KJVLite).

I thank You Lord, for salvation in Christ Jesus, freedom from sin, the guilt of sin and sin’s condemnation. I thank you O God because You are our God who brings us together, “to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph in thy praise.” (Psalm 106:47 KJVLite). Thank You Lord. Hallelujah! “To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever” (Psa 30:12 KJVLite). Hallelujah!
