Thou Art Holy
Father, we praise Your holy presence and Your name, “…O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded” (Psalm 22:3-5 KJVLite).
He is the same today as He was then. Jehovah is His name, He does not change. Contexts change, values are lost and morals abandoned. But the Almighty God creator of all, never changes. He is the faithful God, He keeps His promises. This is what the Lord says, “For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed” (Malachi 3:6 KJV). This statement assures us of Jehovah’s faithfulness, His love and commitment to His people. The times are changed, and years have passed but the Word of the Lord stands sure. It is the infallible Word of God. We are mandated to praise the Lord, and if we love Him it will bring joy and rejoicing to our humble hearts. Glory Hallelujah!
Hear what the Word says of Israel, “And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me. Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul” (Jeremiah 32:40-41 KJVLite). The Lord God, Jehovah, loves us no less inspite of our weeknesses. He rejoices over us today and He will do everything to save us. So we must do everything to Worship Him in spirit and in truth. Let us rejoice over our God, give thanks and worship Him. Let us lift high His holy name, and sing praises unto Him, as He alone is worthy of our praise.
Father, God of all flesh, I Rejoice over You, You are our Lord, and I Love and Adore You. I will worship You with all my heart, and with all my soul, and with all my might; I will walk in all Your ways, and live holy, through Jesus Christ our Saviour. Hallelujah! Father, I pray that You will inhabit our praises today as we give glory and honour to Your holy name. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
