“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man” (Ecc 12:13). “I beseech You therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” (Rom 12:1). “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.” (Heb 12:1).

Father God, I give You holy thanks for this brand new day, for the sunshine, wind and rain. I thank You for my family, my brethren, friends and neighbours. I pray today in the name of Jesus Christ, for forgiveness for Your people who are called by Your name. In Your mercies which endure forever, I lay aside every sin and weight and present my body a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You according to Your Word.

I pray that You would heal me from any undiagnosed sickness and disease of body and mind, as I keep Your commandments, honour and serve You in spirit and in truth. In the name of Jesus Christ, I humbly seek Your blessings and say thank You, Jesus. Amen.
