“I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting” (1Tim 2:8).

I will it, I desire it, I insist upon it, it is my sincerest wish, I declare and decree it, I command it in the name of Jesus. This was what Paul meant when he said, I will, that everybody pray, that is, lifting up holy hands. The hand being raised is an appeal to God above. (Lev 9:22).

The hand of God is His eternal purpose and executive power (Acts 4:28) our holy hands become like His hands. My brethren, pray with all kinds of prayer, many types, long ones, short ones and quiet ones; pray in your heart, as long as you pray to Jehovah God. It is not about how smart you are, or how good you might sound, it’s about the leading of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:26 tells us we have help to pray. I encourage you to ask for help. 

My beloved Just pray. Persevere in prayer for everyone (Eph 6:18). Prayer to God is good and acceptable in His sight who would have all men to be saved (1Tim 2:3-4). The prayer of faith is the saving power of God in action, James 5:15, it saves the sick, it raises us up, and brings forgiveness for sins.

And so my family, I encourage you to call on our God, do not be discouraged, continue to pray to God He is the one who desires to hear you not man (human beings). He is the only one who promises to answer when you call. Glory to God, now and forevermore. Amen and Amen.
