My Brothers and Sisters in Christ, greetings and blessings from, God our Father above in Jesus” name. Amen.

Father, when I view current events I see pain, death, struggles, heartbreak, sorrows, disappointment, wars, hunger, sickness, disease, divisions, and hatred among the many other struggles in the world. Father, the doctors can’t help, politicians distance themselves from problems, but I know there is only one solution, Father, You are a present help, and without You we can do nothing, without You we are lost. Father, You are our help in times of trouble – and we believe that You would never leave us comfortless or without help.

Father, I give You thanks for Your grace as I call on behalf of my brothers and sisters in Christ. Father, I pray You would grant us Your exceeding, abundant help to live according to scripture, which states, “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty” (1Tim 2:2).

Father, Your Word says “for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1Tim 2:5). Father, help us to remain focused, to stay on task, to pray, and preach, to teach and live holy inspite of the struggles. I give You thanks, Almighty God, In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
